101 Parish Council Volunteer One of two governing bodies of the Parish. 3 years. Meets on 3rd Tuesday of the month.
102 Finance Council Volunteer One of two governing bodies of the Parish. 3 years. Meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month.
103 Personnel Committee Oversees personnel and staff processes. Meets four times a year.
104 Building & Grounds Comm. Makes recommendations for building/maintenance. Meets 2nd Tuesday of the month.
105 Building & Grounds Helper Assist with Building and Grounds projects based on skills. As projects are needed.
106 Receptionist Answer phones, assist office visitors and basic clerical. AM or PM weekdays or Sunday AM (based on your preference).
107 Inserts and Mailings Bulletin inserts, labeling, sorting for special projects. Daytime hours as needed.
110 St. Bernard at Home Write articles for our newsletter. Published quarterly
112 Phone Caller Assist with calling parishioners. (Script provided) As needed, on your availability.
114 Collection Counters Count collections on Sundays and/or Holy Days. Once every other month for 3 hours.
115 Stewardship of Sharing Assist in planning/implementing our annual sharing drive. Meets in Fall.
116 Fund Raising Raise funds for capital projects, endowment, special needs. As needed, on your availability.

406 Ladies of St. Bernard Plan events and distribution of fund raising to charities. All ladies of Parish are invited. Couple of meetings per year.
407 Senior Group Setup, cook, serve, cleanup for senior gatherings. December and May
408 Widows/Widowers Gatherings 4th Wednesday Sept. to May. Six week grief session after Easter. Attend when available and setup/cleanup.
411 Young Adults Planning, serving and gathering with 21-40 yr olds. Committee meets 4 times/yr or events.
413 Mission Group Create quilts donated to Fox Valley Organization. Monthly. 1st Wed of the month.
414 Parish Picnic Help with the Parish picnic. Weekend in summer.
415 Crafty Ladies Make crafts for annual Bazaar (proceeds to charity). Tuesday AM Weekly or when available. Can be done at home.

417 Funeral Dinners Prepare, serve and cleanup for dinners following funerals. As needed, on your availability.
418-419 Nursery Sitting During Mass Baby-sit for children at 8:30 or 10:15AM Mass. 1 1/2 hrs per month. Virtus training and background check required.
420 Men of St. Bernard Active participation in committee work. As needed, on your availability.
421 Men's Ministry Annual retreat and monthly opportunities for men to gather and grow in faith. Quarterly planning mtgs. or just attend.
